I didn't feel like doing a whole lot when I first woke up, but
after a while I decided to go on over to the LAN party at the
Outdoor Living Center. First, my dad and I went to Wal-Mart to
pick up the van, and then I headed on over to the LAN party. They
had a lot of people come from all over, but only a few people
from Russellville for some reason. I didn't feel like gaming much,
so I just watched everyone else. A few of the guys had a big game
of Tribes 2 going, and it looked awesome. Jared Fitzgibbon and
I decided to take a break, so we went over to Sonic to grab a
little snack and so I could see Janine Randles. Later in the evening,
back at the LAN party, they took a massive order of Whatta Burger
for everyone. I stuck around after the party to help clean up
a bit, although I wasn't much help. I just hung out with the guys
for a little while. When they finally left, I decided to go over
to Nikki Holbrook's for a bit because she was having a little
get together at her place. I guess I showed up too late though,
because the only two people I knew there were Christi Bauer and
Nikki. I left after a little while, came home, and slept.

Today was alright. Classes were fine for the most part, but I
got pretty tired and bored. Between 5th and 6th periods, I climbed
up on top of a Coke machine out in the hallway. People stared
at me as they walked by to get to their classes. I thought it
was pretty cool being way up there. People gave me all these crazy
looks. After school, I walked Angie Jennings out to the parking
lot to meet Matt Farrar, and then walked Rachel Trusty over to
her car. Then I took my sister home, and my mom and I went to
run some errands and open up a bank account for me. I found out
my driver's license was expired, so after I opened my account
I went to the revenue office to get it renewed. When I finally
finished up there, I dropped my mom off at the doctor and went
out to take pictures of the softball game. After that, I went
to pick up my mom and do some more grocery shopping before heading
back home. Later in the evening, Janine Randles came online for
a bit. I met her at the coffee shop, but she was out with her
other friends for most of the time. I hung out with Mitch Graham,
Ashley Hardin, Christi Bauer, Nikki Holbrook, and Sarah Conley
for most of the night. They all kind of came and went, along with
a bunch of other people. Eventually everyone left me, so I came
home. I had several messages waiting for me, and I talked to Chris
Spaght for a while. Tomorrow is the LAN party/tournament thing,
but I'm not sure if I'll be going or not. It depends on how I
feel.

3-29-01
I had a pretty good day today. Classes were alright, and I got
to just lay back for most of the day. During 6th period, I wandered
around for a while and finally settled in Mr. Lonon's room with
Rachel Trusty. We sat and talked for most of the period. After
school, I caught up with her and walked her out to her car. Chris
Sanderock had apparently been by to place a rose on her windshield.
After she left, I walked over to Janine Randles's car to talk
to her for a bit before she left. Her brother pulled a little
Sonic Wacky Pack toy out of her car and gave it to me. After that
I came home myself and rested for a while. I wasn't feeling too
well, so I took a nap for a while. There wasn't much here to eat
for dinner, and I needed to get out of the house for a bit, so
I went to Sonic to grab a chicken strip dinner. They didn't have
my favorite spicy kind, but the regular was alright. I got to
talk to Kelly Ross for a few seconds when she brought my food
out. Later in the evening, I was helping Rachel out with her web
cam, when all of the sudden Jared Fitzgibbon came on the cam.
Apparently Rachel is free of the old rule that she couldn't be
on the phone, on the computer, or have visitors past 9:00. I talked
to Angie Jennings for a while, and then started getting ready
for bed. About midway through writing this log the first time,
the power went out in my house, so I got to start all over again.

I had the WEIRDEST dream last night! I was on an island with
a group of people, just having a good time. The strange thing
about the people was that they took on the personalities of those
that they dressed up as. At first they were fine as themselves,
and everything was happy around the island, but then they started
dressing up to look rather evil, and they began killing each other.
The next time I saw them, they had horns and were all ugly looked
like the devil or something. I woke up for a minute, and then
went back to sleep. School was alright for the most part. Sarah
Hindsman got me this cool little cow that poops jelly beans! It's
the greatest thing! Thanks Sarah! After lunch, I spent a couple
hours in the darkroom to develop some more film. After that, I
wandered around to the EAST Lab for a while just to see what Jared
Fitzgibbon and Matt Farrar were up to. It was really cold and
rainy after school, but it didn't bother me too much. I walked
Janine Randles out to her car, and then when I got back, Rachel
Trusty was ready to head out, so I walked her to her car as well.
Then I came home, dropped my sister off, and went to run some
errands with my mom. When I finally got home, I relaxed for a
bit, and then got to talking with Rachel a bit. I helped her set
up her web cam, and set up a little spot on the Cow Cam page for
her. It's kind of cool having two cams on the page there, and
she seemed to have fun with the strange faces she made at her
camera. One of my dad's friends from work found me on Yahoo! Messenger,
so we chatted for a little while. Later in the evening, I tuned
into Tech's KXRJ-FM to listen to Jared Magee and Matt Farrar on
their radio show. I nearly forgot about it, but I caught the last
hour or so of it. It would seem, at the moment, that life is good.

Today was alright. I got to kind of take it easy in most of my
classes, and I didn't have anything to do for yearbook. I bought
prom tickets first period while Bryan Bramlett was selling them.
Sarah Hindsman was back today from her spring break trip to Italy.
She was a bit jet lagged, so she stayed pretty quiet. I spent
a couple hours in the darkroom developing some film, and then
Thomas Hollingsworth came down and we talked for a while about
LAN parties, tournaments, and such. After school, Angie Jennings
and I walked out to the parking lot to meet Matt Farrar, who was
also just back from the Italy trip. I stopped for a few seconds,
hugged a tree, and then ran off. I passed Cassie Hilgerson on
the way back to the building. She turned out to be heading towards
the parking lot herself, instead of waiting for her mom to come
pick her up. I walked her out to her car, and then headed back
to the building for my second and final time before being picked
up by my mom. We stopped by work for a few minutes so I could
get a project to work on, and then we all went to do a bit of
grocery shopping. When we finished there, we came home where I
found a nice big brown box with my name on it. I got my USB hub
in, so I played with it and my cameras most of the night. Unfortunately,
I don't think I can run both cameras off of this computer. I have
hooked both up now though, so it's a simple matter of changing
a little setting to switch cams. I may be able to set up my program
to alternate cams, but so far I haven't had any luck with that
either. If you check the Cow Cam, you'll notice that it has moved,
but that's the only change as of yet. Hopefully, more changes
will be soon to come.

3-26-01
Surprisingly enough, I didn't have problems staying awake today.
I still didn't like having to be at school, but at least I didn't
fall asleep in class. I froze a bottle of Bawls to take with me
just as a backup in case I would start to get tired. Nothing special
happened, and classes went on as usual. I spent a couple hours
in the darkroom making a few prints for the stupid school newspaper
staff because they're too darn lazy to take their own pictures
and have them developed. Mr. Bradley didn't have anything for
us 7th period, so I made up the test he kept for me. After school
I walked with Janine Randles and Sarah Wade out to Janine's car
so we could talk. After they left, I went to talk to Rachel Trusty
for a bit over at her car. I dropped my bottle of Bawls, and it
actually broke. I had never broken any of my Bawls before, but
I guess this one hit at the right angle to shatter. The bottles
are generally pretty sturdy and droppable. I picked up the pieces
and threw the whole mess into the trash, and then headed to work
for a few minutes before going home, and then to my eye appointment.
My sister and I both had appointments there, so after we both
finished up, I took her home and went off to take pictures of
a softball game. On the way home I stopped by Sonic and talked
to Ashley Hardin for a minute, and then came on home for the rest
of the night. Now I'm tired enough that I might actually go to
sleep tonight. I found out the Funny Cud page didn't upload right,
so I fixed that problem and the latest addition to the page shows
up now.

3-25-01
Now who would have thought that I wouldn't go out today after
all? I can't believe it's all over. Spring break has, for the
most part, kind of sucked. I suppose it had a few high points,
but most of it was just me sitting at home staring blankly at
my monitor while everyone else was out partying in Europe or Cancún.
I did absolutely nothing today. I have to start school again tomorrow,
and my spring break was completely wasted. Now all I have to hope
for is summer vacation after graduation.

|
3-24-01
I didn't do as much today as I had originally planned, but at
least I got out of the house for a little while. Not too many
people came online, so for the most part I surfed around, played
games, and watched TV. You may notice that if you go to this site's
root page and
add it to your favorites, both the favorites folder and the address
bar will show this nifty little icon .
I also had a short chat with someone on AOL Instant Messenger,
and thought the simple stupidity in it would be good enough for
a couple laughs on the Funny Cud page. I split it up a bit, so
from now on each addition to the Funny Cud page will have some
sort of title. My dad and I went out to eat for dinner, and then
went to Wal-Mart for a while. After that, I came home and played
around on my computers some more. I got my remote control program
working, so I can control any of the other computers in the house
from any one of the computers I choose. It's fun to play with,
and quite fast over the network. I have to whine just a little
bit because spring break is over. I didn't get to go out and do
much, so it just sucked for the most part. Maybe tomorrow I'll
try to splurge and just go out to have a good time.

3-23-01
I worked a lot today. My mom and sister left to go to Tunica.
After they left it was quite peaceful, but no fun. I had to work
on a rather annoying web page. Usually I have fun with the stuff
they give me at work, but I didn't like this site a bit. My sister
called and gave me her new cell phone number. I don't know why
she got a cell. I don't know where she'll get the money to pay
for her cell. I thought about getting one, but nobody ever talks
to me anyway, so the only time I'd ever use it is so my parents
could find me when I'm out of the house. When it was time for
my dad to get off of work, I went to pick him up and then came
back home. Not many people were on today, so it was quite boring.
I watched a couple movies and just sat around. I wish I had gone
out somewhere, but I didn't know if anyone else would be out.
Tomorrow I'm definitely getting out of the house.

3-22-01
I feel like I've done a lot today, yet nothing exciting has happened.
My mom, sister, and I went out so I could get a haircut at my
aunt's house. On the way, we stopped at a bank so I could open
an account of some sort. There were too many sucky options and
not enough good options, so I decided to go around to some other
banks to see what's available. Then we continued on to my aunt's
so I could get my hair cut. When we finished, we went to the local
SunCom office because my sister was nagging to get a cell phone.
She has no income, but she insists she can make the payments.
Nobody signed any papers, so we came home for a while. When my
dad got home, we all went to pick up my aunt and then go out to
eat. My mom said we were celebrating my birthday, but I really
think she wanted to go out to celebrate a late Chanukah. After
we finished, we took a nice family trip to Wal-Mart. I got tired
of wandering around, but I did see a few things in the electronics
section that I wanted. When we eventually got home, I got on to
my Sprite Rocket Cash account and ordered a USB hub from www.walmart.com.
It was nearly $10 just to ship the dang thing, whereas I could
have picked it up while I was actually at Wal-Mart for a mere
$30. Having nearly $40 in my Rocket Cash account, I decided to
go ahead and use it. I should be getting my hub within the next
week or so. As soon as I get it and find a place to plug the monstrous
AC adapter, I'll get both of my web cams running so you can all
watch me from two (2) different angles. Yes, that's right, I said
there will soon be two Cow Cams up with two completely different
angles on my twisted and bizarre daily life.
I was also notified that, apparently, Cox decided not to accept
my upload last night, so yesterday's log didn't actually show
up until I re-uploaded it this evening.

3-21-01
I didn't do a whole lot today. I went to work from around 1:00
to 5:00. Dustin Summey was there working on some stuff, and I
got to work on some fairly fun stuff. After work I came home for
a couple hours. Brian Rowe got online and invited me to his work
so I could keep him company. They had him staying there until
8:00 at night just watching the phones, so I went over there to
cure both of our cases of boredom. After that, I came home and
played on my computer a bit. Janine Randles came online later
in the evening, and said she wouldn't be back from Illinois until
Sunday.

|
3-20-01
Not a whole lot happened today. I went to the dentist for an
appointment in the morning and then came home for a while. My
sister went out with some friends, and Brian Rowe came over for
a little while to get a CD from me. We hung out in my room for
a while talking about a bunch of crap since we haven't seen each
other in quite a while. Later on, my boss called and said they
were having server problems and had to go out of town to fix them.
Now I get to go to work tomorrow in the early afternoon. Later
in the afternoon, I went to visit Kerryn Johns for a while. She
just got her tonsils out the other day, so I figured if she wasn't
too tired she might like some company. I stayed there for a while
and then came home. I kept wanting to go out and do something,
but nobody else was around, so I just stayed home and cleaned
up my computer a bit.
|
|
3-19-01
When I woke up, I stepped outside my room to see that my sister
had visitors. I hid in my room until they left. Around 3:00, I
went to work for a few minutes to see what they had for me to
work on. After I finished up there, I went to pick up Angie Jennings,
and we went to Old Post Park to hang out for a while. We walked
up to the tennis courts to see Matt Saunders, and Kendon Lawrence
came along to talk with the three of us. After they left, Angie
and I went off to the swings for a little while, and then went
for a walk around the park just to talk for a while. Then I took
her home, stopped by Sonic for a couple minutes to get some cheese
sticks, and went up to Jon Robison's house again. I decided against
packing up and taking my computer up there, because I don't have
any hard drive space to install any other games. After hanging
out there for a little while, I gave Thomas Hollingsworth a ride
home and picked up a case of Bawls while I was there. I finally
headed home and just laid around the house for the rest of the
night.

|
3-18-01
I spent all day sitting around at home watching movies and a
very small amount of time online talking with random friends that
would pop up. My aunt came over in the evening, gave me my birthday
present, and took my mom and sister out to eat. I wasn't too hungry,
so I just stayed home. Later in the evening, Thomas Hollingsworth
called to see if I wanted to go hang out with him, Jon Robison,
Gary Metz, and Blake Lawhorne. Not having a car, Thomas and Gary
came to pick me up. They were surprised to see that I didn't have
my computer packed up, but Thomas had failed to mention that it
was a LAN party at Jon's house. I decided against packing up my
system, and instead just went along to watch them play. We stopped
by Sonic on the way over because Thomas wanted a specialty drink.
They were closed, but Janine Randles happened to be there, so
she hooked him up. Right before she left, she said she'd go to
prom with me, so I guess now I have a date. She made sure to remind
me that we're merely going as friends, though. I was rather surprised
how she just pulled the topic out of nowhere as she was leaving,
but I'm satisfied. She gave me a quick hug, and then Thomas, Gary,
and I continued on to Jon's house. I watched the four of them
play Aliens Vs. Predator for a couple hours, and then Thomas and
Gary took me home. I guess today wasn't a complete waste of time,
considering I left the house to go hang out with the guys, and
unintentionally gained a date to my senior prom.

3-17-01
My dad and I went up to my grandparents' house in Heber Springs
today to celebrate March birthdays. I think it was just my grandfather
and me. It was a bit of fun going up there to visit, but I got
pretty tired and a little bored after a while. When we got home,
I slept.

3-16-01
Today was crazy. My calculus test was insanely difficult. Mrs.
Heflin even let us all take the tests with us and then just return
them at the end of the day, but it didn't help much. I was screwed
anyway. After much debate I finally asked Janine Randles if she'd
be interested in going to prom with me. Before she said she would
go with me if I asked, but today she said she'd have to think
about it. After school I went to pick up a paycheck from work,
and then went home to rest until I had to go take pictures of
soccer. When I did, it was freezing outside. I spent a good hour
or two out there, which wasn't fun. When I got back home, I talked
to Kerryn Johns online for a few seconds before her brother kicked
her off the computer, and then I called her to talk for a little
while. She said she needed to call someone else and asked me to
call her back in 10 minutes, but I just told her to call me back
when she was done. It's 3:00 in the morning. I don't think she's
calling me back.

|
3-15-01
Not a whole lot happened today for me being so busy. During first
period I went down to help Mr. Murdock make a web page. I went
to work in the darkroom for a while during 5th period. I spent
most of 6th period studying for the physics test I had coming
up, which I wound up doing alright on. I could have done better,
but instead of a comprehensive test, we took our 9 weeks test
over some material we've been covering since the beginning of
the week. After school I came straight home because I didn't really
feel like hanging around for too much longer. My dad took my car
in to get new tires, and gassed it up while he was out. Matt Farrar
got me talking to Jared Fitzgibbon for a while despite the fact
that I didn't really feel like talking to many people tonight.
Now I need rest for my calculus test tomorrow. Maybe I'll survive
high school after all.
|
|
3-14-01
Most of today was alright. Lunch was alright. I spent a couple
hours in the darkroom and then wandered around for a while. After
school I took my sister home before I had to go to work. When
we got home, the Navigator was gone. My parents sold it back to
the dealers back in southern Mississippi. Then I went to work
for a little while to make a quick little Flash animation for
them. Later in the evening I went on over to visit my good friends
at KXRJ. Matt
Farrar promoted my site and my Bawls, and at one time Jared Magee
was on the phone and Matt was gone, so Jared let me on the air
for a while. I just had to wing it since it was a split second
decision that got me on. I left about an hour before the end of
their show so I could get some sleep, so instead of working on
this page more I'm going to go sleep.
|
|
3-13-01
There were only a couple tiny, somewhat-exciting things that
happened to me today. I borrowed Olin Rankin's digital camera
near the end of 5th period and went around taking some pictures.
The Pictures page has been updated with them near the bottom of
the "Random Pictures of Friends" section. A couple of
the captions need to be fixed, but they're up for the most part.
I had some problems uploading to my server, so some things may
be a bit screwed. About midway through 6th period I got called
to the office. Mr. White, the principal, talked to me for a bit
about my selling of Bawls at school. He was very nice about it,
so I'm not in any sort of trouble over it. He simply asked me
to stop. Look for a "Bawls" page on this site very soon.
I'll have a nice form set up so people can order Bawls from me.
I can still sell the stuff, for example, out of the trunk of my
car. I just can't make the money-for-Bawls transaction on school
property any longer. I'll be happy to sell the stuff to people
stopping by my house, or maybe sometime in the future make deliveries
of larger quantities. I'll just have to see how things go. After
school I talked with Rachel Trusty for a bit. She said she was
going to the prom. I guess now I'll just ask Janine or something,
who knows. At least I know Janine won't turn me down. After I
got home, my boss called and said we were having a meeting at
work. Dustin Summey and I were the only two there, I guess because
Sarah Hindsman wasn't feeling well. I got some stuff to do, so
I'll be nice and busy over spring break. It's not like I had anything
special planned anyway. Later in the evening I went to take pictures
of both girls' and boys' soccer at school. It sucked, as should
be expected.
|
|
3-12-01
I don't have much stuff to ramble on about today, which is quite
a relief I'm sure. Before class started, I met Cassie Hilgerson
standing by the wall by herself, so I went to talk to her until
it was time to go to class. Most of the day was quite easy with
little work to be done. I left near the end of 5th period to go
visit Rachel Trusty and Jared Fitzgibbon in art class. After that
I wandered around for a while and then finally settled in the
EAST Lab during 6th period. After school, I saw my mom standing
out in front of the school. She had driven the Navigator, and
didn't have a garage door opener or house key with her, so she
came to get my garage door opener. She took my sister, and I stopped
by work to see if there was anything to be done. I talked with
my boss for a while there, and then went home until I had to go
take pictures of a softball game. On the way there I drove by
Melanie Cork and stopped to talk to her for a bit. Then I passed
Justine Fitzgibbon and Kasey Garrison out for a jog, so I talked
to them for a bit as well. Then I continued on to the game, finished
a roll of film, came home, discovered my newly delivered case
of Bawls, and thus ended all notable points of my day.

|
3-11-01
I'm exhausted from today. I got up and immediately started work
on a bunch of crap for school. This is going to be a long, rough
week. I called Janine Randles around 2:30 and then met her at
Sonic at 3. Our first stop was Sequoyah park. We didn't stay very
long before we went to Subway to grab a bite to eat. Next we stopped
by Hastings for a while. Janine got a couple CDs, and I picked
up a Foxtail. Then we went to visit the home of Kerryn Johns for
a bit to see what she was up to. She was on her way out to work
though, so Janine and I headed out again. At first we were going
to go to Old Post Park, but she changed her mind and we went to
Lake Dardanelle State Park. I hadn't been there in years, but
it was great fun. We walked down the dike and sat down for a while
to look out over the water. It would have been nicer if the sun
had been out, but it was still pretty cool. We didn't stay too
terribly long before we decided it was time to head on back. I
dropped her by Sonic and then headed home myself. This week is
going to be killer. I wish I had an extra day or two off. I just
know spring break's going to be too short as well.
|
|
3-10-01
I'm surprised at how very little life sucks lately. I laid back
to watch movies for a while until I had to take my sister to a
French club party. On the way home, I didn't really feel like
just going home and doing nothing, so I went to Sonic and hung
out with Ashley Hardin while she was on break. When she had to
go back in, I went home for a while. A guy from the Courier called
to say I was getting my picture in the paper tomorrow, but they
didn't have a picture of me. I went by to give him a copy of my
senior portrait on my way to pick up my sister. A little while
after we got home, Matt Farrar called with computer problems.
Neither he or Jared Fitzgibbon, who was there, could figure out
what to do, so I went over to check it out. On the way out, I
stopped by Sonic again to see Janine Randles. I ordered some cheese
sticks and was on my way. Matt's computer was really screwed up,
so I wound up reinstalling Windows. Then we all sat back to play
video games. It was a grand old time for a while, and then Jared
and I left for home. A little while after I got home, Jared came
by to pick up his partial case of Bawls. A bit later, I went to
Sonic again just to hang out for a while. When they got too busy,
Janine suggested I just come back after she got off work, so I
went home. I was perfectly happy watching The Mummy when my sister
called and said I had to go pick her up. I had to go all the way
out to her friend Lyadonna's house, get her and her friend Andrea,
and then take them home. It was getting late, so on the way home
I stopped by Sonic yet again to make sure Janine wouldn't wonder
where I was while I had to take my sister and Andrea home. We
decided to just go on home and then go out to do something tomorrow
when she doesn't have work. I took Andrea home, and then came
home with my sister. Just when I was about to head to bed, my
parents drove up with the Lincoln Navigator. I suppose it's kind
of cute. At least it's black and not some hideous color like neon
green or purple. I guess I'll go to bed now so I can get some
rest before tomorrow.

3-9-01
Today's been pretty fun. Classes went on as usual. I went around
to some places with Janine Randles during yearbook. She was pretty
jumpy and hyper today for some reason. Then during the next period,
I went to Mr. Lonon's class and hung out with Rachel Trusty since
Mr. Lonon wasn't there today. After school I went to work to pick
up a paycheck, and then came home. I talked to Thomas Hollingsworth
for a little while, and then we decided to go and hang out somewhere
instead of just sitting at home doing nothing. First we went to
Sonic to eat and see Janine and Kelly Ross. Ashley Hardin and
Rebecca Luebker stopped by to grab a couple drinks, and sat down
with us for a little while. They were only there for a little
while though, and then they were off to the Legion Hut. While
Thomas and I were still at Sonic, Janine kept coming out and talking
to us. At one point in time she said to call her Sunday, and she
started to give me her number, but I told her I already had it.
She seemed rather shocked to hear that, but I guess she forgot
that all the people on yearbook have their phone numbers posted
in the class, plus everyone got a sheet of paper at the beginning
of the year with everyone's phone numbers. She went back into
the kitchen, and when she came back out she gave me a slip of
paper with her phone number on it. After we finished up there,
Thomas and I went to Picwood to hang out for a while. He went
off because he had to talk to a guy that was there, and I just
hung out in the lobby. It got pretty fun just hanging out there.
After that we went to the coffee shop for a little while. There
were only a few people there, so I took him home and picked up
a couple cases of Bawls. After that I went on back to the coffee
shop to hang out with Nikki Holbrook. A little while later, Ryan
Roberts and Jacob Blalock showed up. We stopped by the Legion
hut for a little while to hear the bands, then went back to the
coffee shop for a while, and then we all went to Nikki's house
to hang out. We stayed there on into the wee hours of the morning,
and then I came home to my nice, warm bed.

I had a rather good day today. Classes were alright, I did well
on the tests I took yesterday, and things just seem to be going
nice and smoothly right now. The seniors got out of 2nd period
early to go take a few class pictures in the gym. We took several
regular shots, and then a few silly poses. For a couple of the
silly poses, a bunch of Jason Huynh's friends lifted him up, so
it was like he was crowd surfing or something. I talked to Cassie
Hilgerson a few times throughout the day, so things seem to be
working out fine in that area too. She's quieter than she usually
is, but things may still be weird for her. I spent some time in
the darkroom developing film. After that, Thomas Hollingsworth
came down to the journalism room and we sat down to talk for a
while. I filled out my form to be a counselor at 5th grade camp,
but I didn't get to turn it in. I'm hoping I can beg my way into
turning my form in tomorrow, the day after the due date. After
school I went to work for a meeting, then went to Hickey Park
to take pictures of a baseball game. When I got home from that,
my whole family went out to eat at New China. Among others, I
saw Robin Barr wandering around a couple times. I haven't seen
her since the last Dungeons and Dragons game we had over at her
house with Nikki Barr. I would have gone to say hi to her, but
I was kind of tucked away in a nice corner of the booth my family
was in. After that I went to take pictures of the soccer game.
Noticing I had left my film at home in my backpack, I made another
trip back. When I got home from that, I talked to Nikki Barr for
a little while online. Now I'm pooped. I really could use some
Bawls, but I'm saving my last two bottles for an emergency.

Today's been quite a bit better overall. Classes were alright.
I got to help set up the EAST Lab's new Dell Pentium III 1 GHz
system. It was quite nice. Angie Jennings came by at lunch to
tell me she had talked to Cassie Hilgerson for me. She said she
didn't really say much, so I figured nothing would really change.
After lunch, Janine Randles and I talked for a while in the journalism
room. Then I went to the art room to see Rachel Trusty for a little
while. That was the last class of the day because we got out a
couple hours early. After school I went to hang out in the parking
lot for a while. A few of my friends said they were going to meet
at the park because it was so nice outside, so I was going to
catch up with them there later. Jessica Brown's car wouldn't start,
so I gave her and her cousin a ride home, along with my sister
and her friend Andrea. We got through alright. Then I went to
Old Post Park to meet my friends, but I didn't see any of them
there. I did see Rachel Trusty there though, so I stopped by to
talk to her for a bit. She was out hanging out with James Bowie,
so I didn't want to bother them for too long. It was a nice day
out, but I spent most of it inside. A little while later in the
afternoon, my sister's friends Lyadonna and Sam Bishop came by
while my sister was gone to a dentist appointment. I just sent
them into her room and went back to my TV watching. Later in the
evening, Cassie Hilgerson actually called me. I was quite surprised
to say the least. She apologized for dissing me for the past week,
and I tried to reassure her that I had no hard feelings against
her. Later still, I tuned into KXRJ-FM
to listen to Jared Magee and Matt Farrar. I eventually called
in and asked for them to send a song out to Cassie for me, sort
of as a peace offering. I'm just glad to have my friend back.
I can finally sleep at night now.

Most of today was pretty bad. Classes were alright, but I just
still wasn't feeling really great. At lunch, I passed Cassie Hilgerson
twice. She completely shunned me both times. Things will be better
soon, though. After school, I got to talk to Sarah Wade for a
little while about her. I was right all along. Cassie heard from
somewhere that I had a huge crush on her, so she freaked out and
just started avoiding me. Angie Jennings is going to try to talk
to her sometime, and then I'll try to talk to her sometime so
we can see if I can get my good little buddy back. I didn't like
the whole "lets not look at Michael and maybe he'll disappear"
phase. After lunch, Mrs. Little had brought cupcakes for the class
since she forgot to bring them yesterday for my birthday. At the
time I wasn't feeling quite well though, but I survived. Sarah
Hindsman came in to tell me that plans had changed, so our meeting
at work was moved to Thursday. Near the end of 7th period physics,
Casey Jones got on Mr. Bradley's computer and brought up this
site on the big TV that was set up as a display for the computer.
Several people came up, and Rebecca Brown said she'd have to visit
the site sometime. I guess this means I'll have to behave myself
when I'm on the Cow Cam from now on. After school I had to go
take pictures of the soccer game. Before that, I went by Sonic
to get a bite to eat. Just as I had wished, both Janine Randles
and Kelly Ross were working there, and Ashley Hardin was working
inside. Kelly said she and Janine had to fight over who was going
to bring me my food. The two were really sweet to me, so they
totally turned my day around right then. I was even borderline
happy. Janine won the fight, so she brought out my food. Kelly
came by later and asked if I wanted something to drink, since
I hadn't ordered anything. I declined, but she insisted and gave
me one on the house. I made sure to tip her for that one. I love
those two. I should go eat at Sonic at least once a week. After
that I went to Wal-Mart to get some film, and saw Rachel Wilson
in the checkout line. We talked for a little while because we
haven't really had the chance to ever since Cassie decided to
start avoiding me. Then I went on to the soccer game, shot a roll
of film, and came home to watch TV and rest. Right when I got
home, my mom called and said, "Happy birthday." I'm
so glad she remembered.

Today hasn't been all that great. I woke up late and had to rush
to get ready and head to school. After I cleared my head of all
that, I realized that today was my turn to take the step from
childhood to a real-life consenting adult. I feel so proud. I
can finally buy porn at local gas stations, vote for idiots that
think they're competent enough to run for president, and fight
in a freaking war. God bless America. I ran into Cassie Hilgerson
on the way to lunch, not literally of course. She said all of
5 words to me, and those were only to acknowledge the fact that
I had asked how her weekend was. I just continued to walk on after
that.. I saw her a couple more times throughout the day, but she
simply walked by me each time. Once, somehow I managed to procure
a smile from her little face, but I couldn't help but feel its
pretense. During 6th period, I tried to go to Mr. Lonon's class
to see Rachel Trusty, but he was busy teaching and his doors were
closed. Since I couldn't go there, I decided to check on Mr. Payton's
class to see if I could go see Cassie or something, but his door
was shut too. I caught Thomas Hollingsworth in the hallway on
the way back to the journalism room, so I took him along to talk
and hang out for the rest of the period. After school I had an
overwhelming urge to sit on my butt and do absolutely nothing.
I really just wanted to go out somewhere to relax by myself. I
didn't actually do anything more than just sit on my computer,
though. Later in the evening, someone called and said my mom had
won a Lincoln Navigator in Tunica. I was under-excited, still
annoyed at the rest of my day. I decided if my mom was going to
bring this new car home, I may as well see what it was. I was
left staring at a huge family car, an SUV. Disgusted with that,
I went to find a price tag to see how much we could get if we
tried to sell the thing. Immediately after that I figured that
if I only had $200,000 more, I could buy the car I really want,
a Lamborghini. I doubt I'll be able to raise such a large sum
of money within the next few years, so I figured I could build
a fairly decent computer for $44,000, the price of the Navigator.
If the $44,000 won't cover the price of the computer, I'll just
chip in some extra money from my scholarships. Who needs school
when you've got a desktop gaming computer that dwarfs even the
fastest super computers of today? After dreaming a bit about the
computer I could buy, I figured I could buy around 1800 cases
of Bawls with the money from the Navigator. If I were to buy 1800
cases of Bawls, and sell each bottle for $2, I could easily make
around $40,500 in profit, which would raise my total cash amount
to a nifty $84,500. This number is much closer to that which I
would need to acquire my dream Lamborghini. I'm told, however,
that money can't buy happiness, so instead of getting excited
over this, I'm just going to go to bed and have myself a nice
cry or something.

Not too much happened today, but I wish weekends were about twice
as long as they are. A big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my good friend Nikki
Holbrook, who turned 18 today. I hope she's had fun throughout
her childhood years. I played around for a short while with the
new version of this site. I've got a lot to learn. Nobody got
on for most of the day, so it was quite lonely online today. Kerryn
Johns got on for a bit to talk, along with Jeff Green and Justine
Fitzgibbon. Those were the three main people I talked to all day
long. I guess everyone else was out partying or something.

I got up really early this morning, watched a little TV, and
then went back to sleep until around noon. I love weekends. Later
in the evening, Sarah Conley and I went to go shopping to find
Nikki Holbrook a birthday present. We found all sorts of nifty
stuff, but we're still not sure what to get her. It seems like
she already has one of everything. After that, I took her home
and then came home myself. When my dad and sister got home, they
ordered a pizza for dinner. Way on into the night, I finally decided
to go take a shower and head for bed. When I went out into the
living room, what did I see but my sister sitting on the couch
with Sam Bishop watching TV. My immediate reaction was, of course,
to wonder, "WTF is HE doing here?!?" After a few moments
of consideration, again I thought, "WTF is HE doing here?!?"
Unable to solve this strange mystery after several minutes, I
decided to just go back to my room and sleep the confusion off.

Not too much happened today that's worth mentioning. I went to
school early to take my sister to morning detention, sat around
for a half hour until class actually started, and then went on
about my day. During 6th period, I went and sat by Rachel Trusty
in Mr. Lonon's class. Surprisingly enough he didn't throw me out
this time. After he finished teaching, Rachel and I talked for
a while. After school, I walked her out to her car while we talked
a bit longer. We hadn't talked much in quite a while, so we had
a bit of catching up to do. After that I took my sister and her
friend Andrea to the middle school for some band thing and then
came home. My dad mentioned that the Russellville ham fest was
tomorrow, so we went in for a bit today to help set things up
and look over what some of the people had brought so far. We spent
a bit of time there, and then came home. I watched Lost in Space
twice because it was on TV and I didn't feel like doing anything
else.

I think I'm on the tail end of my sickness. I've gone through
the whole fever/stuffy head phase. My head's starting to clear
up, and now I'm just coughing up all the crap my body's made for
the past few weeks. I went to school early again because my sister
had morning detention. It was a typical day for me. Nothing special
happened. When I got home, I got on the computer for a little
while and then laid down in bed to rest. I wound up sleeping on
into the night, so I should be well rested for tomorrow.
